Services

Sparkly-Spots Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, disinfection, and specialized cleaning upon request.

Booking and Payments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • Payments are due at the time of booking or upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
    • PayPal
    • Zelle
    • Cash (for in-person transactions)
    • Bank Transfers
  • Any outstanding balance must be settled within 7 days from the service date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be done at least 12 hours in advance.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • Valuables and fragile items should be secured before cleaning begins.
  • Sparkly-Spots is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, including worn-out surfaces or fragile items.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Liability and Damages

  • While we take great care in cleaning, Sparkly-Spots is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installations, or neglected maintenance.
  • Our team is fully insured and bonded for your protection.

Health and Safety

  • We use safe, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before the service.
  • Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if a location is deemed hazardous or unsafe.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Sparkly-Spots Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
